You have the right to request deletion of personal data that Blispy (operated by Blissybest Private Limited) holds about you. We will assist with deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email: Send a deletion request to hello@blispy.in from the email address associated with your account (preferred).
2. Account Settings: If you have an account, you may be able to delete or request deletion directly via your account settings—check My Account → Settings.
3. Website Contact: Use our contact page at https://blispy.in/contact and choose “Data / Privacy” as the subject.

What We'll Ask for (Authentication)

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. Verification may include confirming account details, responding from the registered email, or other reasonable checks.

What Happens After Deletion

• We will remove or anonymize personal information from our active systems where possible.
• Deleting your account will log you out and you will lose access to any account-associated features, order history, saved preferences, or loyalty credits.
• Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period and will be securely deleted or anonymized according to our retention policy.

Legal & Business Exceptions

Please note we may retain certain information when we have a legal, regulatory or legitimate business reason to do so — for example, to comply with tax, accounting, or anti-fraud obligations, to defend legal claims, or to complete pending transactions.

Timeframe

We will acknowledge receipt of your deletion request within a reasonable period. Where possible, we will complete deletion within 30 days of verification. Complex requests or legal holds may require more time; if so, we’ll inform you and explain why.
