Since we primarily deal in perishable goods, if a return ticket is raised within the allowed time frame, we provide replacements with no questions asked. For a few select products, we encourage customers to check the items at the time of delivery, as some items are covered by a “no-return / no-exchange” policy.
Customers may request cancellation of orders placed through the Blispy App or Blispy.in. Upon receiving such a request, Blissybest Private Limited (unit operating Blispy) will review the request based on factors including but not limited to the timeline within which the cancellation request is placed. Please note that while we do our best, we do not guarantee cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been confirmed. Once an order is placed, Blispy will indicate the tentative delivery time on the Blispy App and/or website. Customers are provided with functionality to check for updates on the delivery status of their orders. For more details, refer to our Terms & Conditions.
